I call it, “South of the Equator.” Essentially a margarita with hints of orange and chocolate using Solbeso, a spirit made by fermenting cacao fruit, instead of tequila. Solbeso, homemade guava-infused tequila, Grand Marnier, lime, orange, cacao nib tincture, and a demerara/salt/orange zest rim with orange peel lining the glass.
